As you enter the property, you will head into the bright spacious hallway with a high ceiling and Velux windows. The lounge is to your right, offering a fabulous space to kick back and relax on the corner sofa while watching your favourite series or movies on your Netflix account on the Smart TV. From the lounge, you can see the fells in the distance. Through the hallway, you will come to the kitchen which has a utility area and dining table to enjoy your breakfast or dinner. The kitchen has a country feel and opens onto the enclosed courtyard. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Heading back through the hall and up the wide staircase to the first floor, you will find two generous sized bedrooms, a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and a king-size bedroom, both with low, sloping ceilings. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a shower over bath and WC, also with a low sloping ceiling.

There is a private gravel courtyard with seating and charcoal BBQ, it is a real suntrap and has access out to the private parking area which can accommodate up to two small cars.
